Physician Prosperity (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) and machine learning technologies as part of certain services we offer, including our Contract Guard MD™ contract analysis reports. This disclosure explains how AI is used in our services, its limitations, and your responsibilities when using AI-generated outputs.

How We Use AI

Our AI-assisted tools analyze physician employment contracts to identify key provisions, highlight potential areas of concern, and generate educational summaries. Specifically, AI may be used to:

• Parse and extract relevant sections from uploaded employment contracts;

• Identify and categorize contract provisions (compensation, benefits, restrictive covenants, termination, malpractice, etc.);

• Generate written analysis and commentary about contract terms;

• Compare contract terms against general industry benchmarks and common structures;

• Produce formatted reports summarizing the above analysis.

Human Oversight

While our reports are generated with significant AI assistance, our process includes quality controls designed to improve accuracy and usefulness. We continually refine our AI prompts, templates, and review processes. However, no automated system is perfect, and human oversight does not eliminate the possibility of errors.

Limitations and No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Specifically:

• AI may misinterpret contract language, miss relevant provisions, or provide analysis that does not account for the specific laws of your state or jurisdiction;

• AI does not have access to the full context of your situation, including your personal goals, financial circumstances, career objectives, or prior negotiations;

• AI-generated benchmarks and comparisons are based on general data and may not reflect your specialty, geographic market, or employer type;

• AI technology is evolving rapidly, and outputs may vary over time as models are updated.

Data Handling

Documents you upload for AI analysis are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures and work with reputable technology providers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Do not upload documents containing protected health information (PHI). We are not a HIPAA-covered entity and do not sign Business Associate Agreements. Please redact any PHI before uploading.
