EMAIL COMMUNICATION POLICY
Effective Date: August 8, 2024 | Last Updated: March 8, 2026
Overview
This policy describes how Physician Prosperity, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects email consent, what types of emails we send, and how you can manage your communication preferences. We are committed to complying with the CAN-SPAM Act and all applicable federal and state laws governing commercial email communications.
How We Collect Your Email Address
We collect your email address when you voluntarily provide it to us through one of the following actions:
- Submitting a form on our website (such as a lead magnet download, newsletter signup, or contact form);
- Purchasing a product or service (such as a Contract Guard MD™ report);
- Registering for a webinar, challenge, or group coaching program;
- Otherwise communicating with us and providing your email address.
We do not purchase email lists or add individuals to our mailing list without their knowledge.
What Emails You May Receive
Depending on how you interact with us, you may receive the following types of emails:
Transactional Emails
These are non-marketing emails related to a purchase or service you requested, such as order confirmations, report delivery, account notifications, and customer support replies. You cannot opt out of transactional emails related to active purchases or services.
Marketing Emails
With your consent, we may send you marketing and promotional emails including newsletters, blog content, educational resources, product announcements, special offers, and information about webinars or events. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time (see below).
Your Consent
When you provide your email address through a form on our website, you will see a clear consent statement near the submission button. By entering your email and clicking “Submit” (or similar), you affirmatively consent to receive email communications from Physician Prosperity as described in that consent statement and this policy.
We process email subscriptions and communications through GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management platform.
How to Unsubscribe
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. We will honor your unsubscribe request within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
You may also contact us directly at [email protected] to request removal from our marketing email list.
Please note that unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to purchases or active services.
CAN-SPAM Compliance
In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all commercial emails sent by Physician Prosperity will:
- Clearly identify Physician Prosperity as the sender;
- Use accurate and non-deceptive subject lines;
- Include our valid physical mailing address;
- Include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism;
- Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days;
- Not transfer or sell your email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Future SMS Communications
We do not currently send marketing text messages (SMS/MMS). If we add SMS communications in the future, we will obtain your prior express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Florida’s Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA) before sending any marketing texts. Separate consent language and opt-out instructions will be provided at that time.
