Our Commitment
We want every physician who uses Contract Guard MD™ to feel confident in their purchase. If our report does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.
Eligible Products
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Contract Guard MD™ contract analysis reports made through PhysicianProsperity.com. If we introduce additional products or services in the future, those products may have their own refund terms, which will be presented at the time of purchase.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Contract Guard MD™ report for any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your date of purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with your name and order confirmation number. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approving your request.
After the Refund Window
Once the 7-day refund window has closed, all sales are final. We are unable to issue refunds, credits, or exchanges after this period.
Abuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith. Examples include repeated purchases and refund requests, or requests made after substantial use of the report for its intended purpose (such as using it in attorney consultations or contract negotiations).
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and access to our services.
